What do I do if I cannot find the meeting point?

Calm down :) All tours have inserted hyperlink on a tour page under 'Meeting Point' section. Click on it and use Google map. In case you still have a problem, call our head office and you will get asistance. You can find a phone number under Contact Us section.

What to do if I am late to the tour?

Call the head office number under Contact Us section. Depending on the number of people on your tour, the guide will either wait for you or, in a worst case scenario, they will explain how to reach the next destination.

What is your cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund or credit in case you cancelled your order at least 24 hours before the tour. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact Us by phone or email to cancel to inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

What is a cancellation credit?

It is a voucher received upon a timely cancellation of a tour in an amount of funds that you originaly paid for the tour having been cancelled. You can use it to buy any other product offered by our company in the same amount or you can opt for getting your money back.

Can I get the recipes from the cooking classes?

Yes, by all means. The only thing that you need to do is to ask our tour guide. We don't send recipes to all our guests in order to avoid spamming. In case you forget to ask the guide, you can email us later.

Do I have to pay for photos of me taken during the tour?

Nope. We will send you all the photos upon your request.

Can I book your tour if I am traveling in a group bigger than 12 people?

Absolutely, feel free to contact us, and we will prepare the itinerary that suits your needs.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my tour? And how do I apply for refund?

Yes, by all means. There is a code in your order. You need to contact us refering to it and explain what went wrong.

How can I write a review?

You can review us on Google and/or TripAdvisor. As for the reviews on Viator - upon finishing the tour you will get the email containing the link where you can evaluate our services.
